Support

  • You may need to download Adobe® Reader® in order to view .pdf files. This program is available free of charge by clicking on the logo below.
    Get Adobe Acrobat
  • Larger files may take some time to download, especially if you are using a low-speed Internet connection (56K or slower dial-in modem connection).
  • Can your system accommodate the download(s)?

If your computer is a fairly recent model, the chances are that it can accommodate many file downloads. However, if you have reason to be concerned about the available space on your computer, you can check this.

    Windows users:
Double-click on 'My Computer' and then right-click the appropriate disk icon, most likely Local Disk (C:). The amount of free and used space displays on the left side of the window.

    Macintosh users:
From the Apple menu, click on 'About This Computer' (Macintosh OS 9.X) or 'About This Mac' (Macintosh OS X).

  • Please contact Pearson Support with any other technical queries.

You be the marker

Below are two questions both of which are the type of question you can expect to see in an exam. For each question there are two answers, once you’ve thought about the question and how you would address it, take a look at these two answers and think about what they do well and where they could improve. What mark do you think they would gain in an exam? After you’ve read the answers and thought about their strengths and weaknesses, look at the feedback for each one. Here the author tells you the sort of mark each answer may receive, and where it could have been improved. Does this match what you thought?

Once you’ve read through both answers and the feedback given, use the box to write your own answer to the question incorporating this feedback and see if you can do better!
